Progress Housing Group are a Lancashire based Housing Association, we own and manage nearly 11,000 homes across the country and have been delivering housing related services to communities for over 20 years. We operate mainly in Lancashire with the majority of our rented properties being in Leyland, Chorley, Preston and out on the Fylde coast in Lytham St Anne’s and surrounding areas such as Wesham, Freckleton, and Staining. We offer both General Needs Housing for families, couples and single people and also Housing for the over 55’s in our 30 Independent Living schemes right across Lancashire.
